The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s (NGA) Integrated Program Office for Analysis has granted a contract to Leidos, a Fortune 500 innovation leader, for lifecycle management of both current and new analytics systems. The Chinook IDIQ contract is a single award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a maximum value of $86.4 million if all task orders are completed within the five-year performance period.
According to Roy Stevens, President of Leidos National Security Sector, “geospatial intelligence analysts use a spectrum of tools and need them to perform to support their missions.” “We are committed to sustaining and evolving these analysis systems for ongoing decision advantage, building on our longstanding relationship with NGA.”
Leidos will offer operations and sustainment, systems engineering, software development, integration, and integration services under Chinook. This task order supports the following systems: Tearline, an open-source intelligence system; Target Coordinate Mensuration Validation; Advanced Analyst Augmentation Analytical Cloud Enablement System; and the Commercial-Joint Mapping Tool Kit. Leidos employs Zero Trust cybersecurity techniques and DevSecOps software development processes to maintain and enhance the systems over time.
