Poland’s flag carrier, LOT Polish Airlines, and the world’s leading satellite communications company, Viasat, formally announced today that 15 of LOT’s wide-body Boeing 787-8 and 787-9 Dreamliner fleets would be outfitted with Viasat’s dependable Ka-band, worldwide in-flight connectivity solution.
As part of a significant, continuing renovation to its Dreamliner fleets, LOT will provide in-flight Wi-Fi for the first time. Other upgrades include new interior cabin designs, seat replacements, and more for an exceptional customer experience.
Director of Product Development and Customer Experience Izabela Leszczyńska stated, “Our goal at LOT Polish Airlines is to provide an outstanding travel experience. We will soon offer in-flight Internet on our upgraded Boeing B787 Dreamliners, enhancing travel convenience in partnership with Viasat.”
