The Egyptian Space Agency and USPACE Technology Group Limited inked a comprehensive strategic collaboration agreement on May 23, 2024. At Abu Dhabi Space Eco City, the two organizations will set up a collaborative space technology laboratory. The lab will carry out technical research in a number of domains, such as sophisticated satellite manufacturing and production processes, smart constellation design, construction, and application, and overall intelligent satellite design. Reducing the expenses related to satellite production, manufacturing, and operational maintenance is the goal, as is improving the autonomy and operational lifespan of satellites.
The cooperative space technology laboratory will be situated in the first phase of the United Arab Emirates’ Abu Dhabi Space Eco City, in the core space park. The proposed laboratory aims to commercialize research and development accomplishments by utilizing cutting-edge technology in satellite design and manufacture. USPACE Technology Group Limited is dedicated to enabling the space industry with cutting-edge intelligent technologies, enhancing the autonomous operation and management capabilities of future space systems. The company will keep accumulating intelligent technology knowledge in the space hub field.
