Prior to his position as VP of Market Development, Jo was Product Manager and in this role, he was responsible for the product definition and market launch of Newtec Dialog®. Jo has over 20 years of experience in the satcom industry. He began his career at Newtec in 1996. In 2005, he became a systems architect for Newtec’s DVB-RCS system and further evolved to product manager and later Product Line Director of the Sat3Play Broadband Platform. Jo holds a Bachelor’s degree in electronics from HTISA-Gent, Belgium.

It’s also ideal for community Wi-Fi and security cameras, offering secure uplinks, and for real-time network monitoring of critical infrastructure. After the Split-Off, at 6:00 p.m. New York City time, Old Sirius survived the merger as a totally owned subsidiary of New Sirius, and a wholly owned subsidiary of New Sirius merged with and into Sirius XM (the “Merger”). Following these transactions, Liberty Media no longer owns New Sirius, which is now a distinct public corporation called Sirius XM Holdings.

In accordance with the symbol “SIRI,” Sirius XM Holdings will trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market starting at market open on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. The company will have a single outstanding series of common stock.
